We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Project Sales Manager to lead our premium flooring division. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies tailored to high-value project-based segments, including residential, commercial, hospitality, and high-rise buildings. As the Project Sales Manager, you will act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring seamless communication between our clients and internal teams. You will identify market trends, negotiate complex contracts, and mentor junior sales staff to achieve team targets. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute high-impact sales strategies tailored to the premium flooring market.
- Manage and grow key accounts across residential, commercial, hospitality, and high-rise projects.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams, including production and logistics, to ensure timely project delivery.
- Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and competitive trends.
- Lead negotiations and close complex B2B deals with architects, contractors, and developers.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and quarterly reports to track performance.
- Represent Elitez Group at industry exhibitions and networking events.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales management within the building materials or construction industry.
- Proven track record in managing project-based sales for premium products.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
