Are you a high-impact sales professional with a passion for the construction and architectural industry? Mowilex Indonesia, a leader in premium paint and coating solutions, is seeking a driven Project Sales Representative to join our dynamic commercial team in Jakarta.
In this role, you will be at the forefront of our business expansion, focusing specifically on high-value project accounts. Your primary mission is to build sustainable, long-term relationships with key stakeholdersâincluding property developers, architects, contractors, and building managersâto promote our specialized solutions for High Rise Building projects and professional Repainting initiatives.
You will manage the end-to-end sales lifecycle, from lead identification and specification bidding to project negotiation and after-sales support. We are looking for someone who understands the nuances of the construction ecosystem and can effectively communicate the value proposition of Mowilexâs premium, eco-friendly coating solutions.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to penetrate the high-rise and repainting project market in Jakarta.
- Build and nurture robust relationships with developers, contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, project qualification, bidding, and contract negotiation.
- Provide technical product demonstrations and consultations tailored to the unique requirements of large-scale construction projects.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and new building developments to identify business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure accurate product specifications and timely project delivery.
- Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions and project status within the companyâs CRM system.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in B2B project sales, ideally within the building material or construction industry.
- Strong understanding of the high-rise development, property management, or interior/exterior coating sectors.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel frequently within the Jakarta Metropolitan area to visit project sites.
