Tanggung Jawab
- Identify client needs and develop customized interior solution proposals
- Manage entire project sales lifecycle from prospecting to completion
- Coordinate with design and production teams for seamless project execution
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, developers, and end-clients
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Prepare detailed sales reports and track performance against targets
- Ensure client satisfaction through post-project follow-up and relationship management
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in interior design/furniture sales
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills with proven sales track record
- Understanding of interior design principles, materials, and project management
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, or Business (preferred)
