Tanggung Jawab
- Support project planning and implementation of community development initiatives
- Conduct research and data collection to inform project activities
- Coordinate with community stakeholders, local government units, and partner organizations
- Prepare project reports, documentation, and progress updates
- Assist in monitoring project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Organize community events, workshops, and awareness campaigns
- Maintain accurate project records and documentation systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Community Development, Project Management, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in project coordination or community development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
