Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise construction teams and ensure all work is completed according to project specifications and safety standards
- Coordinate daily construction activities and allocate resources efficiently
- Monitor project progress and report updates to the Project Director
- Implement quality control measures to ensure work meets required standards
- Manage on-site personnel, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation
- Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during construction
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, materials, and workforce
- Ensure compliance with all local regulations and company policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in construction supervision or project management
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety protocols
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office applications
- Certification in construction management or related field is a plus
