Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily on-site construction activities and manage work crews.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Monitor project progress against schedules and budgets, reporting any deviations.
- Enforce safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental compliance.
- Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical drawings.
- Prepare progress reports, maintain accurate project documentation.
- Resolve on-site technical issues and implement effective solutions.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to design and regulatory requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in civil project supervision or site management.
- In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and contracts.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, construction safety) are a plus.
