Josefina Manufacturing Incorporated is seeking a motivated and results-driven Promodiser to join our team at SM Clark. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for creating an exceptional shopping experience while driving product awareness and sales performance.
As a Promodiser, you will play a critical role in maintaining our brand standards, managing inventory on the sales floor, and engaging directly with customers to provide product expertise. If you are a proactive communicator who enjoys a fast-paced retail environment, we want to hear from you!
Tanggung Jawab
- Actively promote products to customers to meet and exceed daily sales targets.
- Ensure that all displays are visually appealing, clean, and comply with company merchandising guidelines.
- Monitor stock levels daily and report replenishment needs to the store manager.
- Provide professional, friendly, and efficient customer service at all times.
- Execute sales promotions and product demonstrations to capture customer interest.
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and inventory counts.
- Collaborate with store staff to ensure product accessibility and proper stock rotation.
Kualifikasi
- At least a High School Graduate or Senior High School graduate.
- Proven experience in retail merchandising, sales, or customer service is a significant advantage.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused personality.
- Ability to stand for long periods and handle physical tasks such as restocking shelves.
- Highly organized with a keen eye for detail regarding store presentation.
- Must be willing to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays.
