Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively approach customers to demonstrate and promote appliance products.
- Maintain clean, organized, and attractive product displays to maximize visibility.
- Provide detailed explanations of product features, benefits, and usage to potential buyers.
- Accurately track daily sales performance and inventory levels.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback with a professional and helpful attitude.
- Collaborate with store management to implement effective sales strategies and promotions.
- Ensure all marketing materials and signage are correctly placed and updated.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or equivalent; college level is an advantage.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, retail, or product merchandising.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills in English and Filipino.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to sales.
- Physically fit to handle appliance merchandise and stand for extended periods.
- Must be based in or willing to work in Talavera, Nueva Ecija.
