- Promote specific products in retail stores to drive sales and brand awareness
- Deliver detailed product demonstrations and information to customers
- Build rapport with shoppers to enhance customer experience and loyalty
- Set up and maintain attractive promotional displays and product presentations
- Collaborate with store management to achieve sales targets and promotional goals
- Collect customer feedback and report on product performance trends
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock discrepancies to the team
- Participate in product training sessions to maintain accurate knowledge
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service advantageous
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong product demonstration abilities and sales acumen
- Proven ability to work independently and in team environments
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle product displays
