- Effectively promote and demonstrate products in retail settings to drive customer interest and sales
- Provide accurate and comprehensive product information to customers, addressing inquiries and concerns
- Build and maintain positive relationships with retail store staff and management
- Monitor product display conditions and ensure proper merchandising standards are maintained
- Collect customer feedback and market insights to inform product improvement strategies
- Participate in product training sessions to maintain up-to-date knowledge of features and benefits
- Assist in organizing and executing promotional events and product launches
- Track and report on promotional activities and sales performance metrics
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education is a plus
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to engage audiences effectively
- Ability to learn product information quickly and accurately
