Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively engage with tourists and locals to promote our brand and services.
- Provide detailed and accurate information regarding our offerings to potential customers.
- Handle inquiries with a professional, friendly, and helpful demeanor at all times.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively answer questions.
- Meet and exceed daily engagement and sales targets.
- Collect feedback from customers to help improve service quality.
- Report daily performance metrics to the team supervisor.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in sales, promotions, or customer-facing roles is highly advantageous.
- Fluency in English (spoken) is mandatory; additional language skills are a significant plus.
- Confident, outgoing, and energetic personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor, or tourist-heavy environment in Bali.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Professional appearance and a positive, reliable attitude.
- Availability to work flexible daily shifts as required.
