Tanggung Jawab
- Execute creative promotional campaigns to increase brand visibility and market presence.
- Actively engage with potential customers to introduce and explain product features and benefits.
- Set up and manage promotional booths, displays, and marketing materials at various locations.
- Collect customer feedback and provide insights to the marketing team for campaign optimization.
- Ensure all promotional activities adhere to company brand guidelines and quality standards.
- Maintain inventory of marketing collaterals and promotional samples.
- Report daily activities and achievement metrics to the supervisor.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- High level of energy, enthusiasm, and a professional, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a high-performing team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or public holidays if required.
- Proficiency in basic data entry or reporting tools is a plus.
- Previous experience in sales, promotion, or customer service is preferred but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
