- Engage directly with target audiences to deliver compelling brand messaging and product demonstrations.
- Conduct on-field market research to identify trends and consumer preferences in the Surabaya region.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm creative promotional materials and event concepts.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics to track reach and engagement success.
- Manage promotional inventory and event logistics to ensure seamless execution of activations.
- Maintain high standards of customer service to build and foster strong client relationships.
- Support the planning and implementation of large-scale advertising projects across various platforms.
Kualifikasi
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; 1 year of experience in marketing or promotions is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade others.
