Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive promotional programs to boost sales volume and brand visibility in the Riau and Batam retail channels.
- Analyze regional market trends, including competitor pricing, consumer behavior, and capacity requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align promotion strategies with overall distribution and inventory goals.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of promotional campaigns, providing actionable insights for future initiatives.
- Manage relationships with regional distribution partners to ensure seamless execution of trade marketing programs.
- Prepare regular performance reports and data-driven recommendations for senior management.
- Oversee store-level promotional compliance and ensure marketing assets are utilized effectively.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in trade marketing, sales operations, or retail management.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Tableau, or similar).
- Deep understanding of the Indonesian retail and distribution landscape.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence regional stakeholders.
- Ability to travel as required to cover the Riau and Batam regions.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong project management capabilities and a proven track record of meeting tight deadlines.
