You will be responsible for conducting deep-dive analyses into regional market dynamics, including consumer capacity, pricing structures, and promotional efficiency. By leveraging data-driven insights, you will help shape the retail channel strategies that drive growth and maximize brand impact. Tanggung Jawab

  • Analyze regional market trends, including consumer capacity, competitive pricing, and promotional effectiveness.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive promotional strategies tailored for retail and distribution channels in the Makassar area.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with regional sales teams to ensure promotional alignment with store-level targets.
  • Conduct regular field visits to assess store execution, point-of-sale branding, and competitor activity.
  • Manage promotional budgets effectively to ensure optimal ROI for regional initiatives.
  • Prepare detailed reports on market conditions and promotional outcomes for senior management.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail marketing, trade marketing, or sales supervision.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data into strategy.
  • Deep understanding of the retail landscape and distribution channels in Indonesia.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, CRM platforms, or BI software).
  • Ability to travel frequently and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
