Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute promotional strategies to increase brand visibility and customer acquisition
- Organize and coordinate on-site promotional events and community outreach initiatives
- Manage social media campaigns and digital marketing content for the yoga/pilates center
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses and community partners
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and competitive opportunities
- Track and analyze promotional campaign performance metrics
- Represent the brand professionally at public events and wellness expos
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in marketing, sales, or customer service roles
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with ability to engage diverse audiences
- Proficiency in social media platforms and basic digital marketing tools
- Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Passion for health, fitness, and wellness industry
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends for events
- Basic knowledge of SEO and content creation is advantageous
