Are you a creative storyteller with an eye for aesthetics? Kayangan Property is seeking a dynamic Property Content Creator & Media Assistant to join our growing team in Kota Bharu. In this role, you will be the face and voice behind our property listings, capturing the essence of our developments to attract potential buyers and tenants.
You will play a pivotal role in our digital marketing efforts by producing high-quality visual and written content. We provide full logistical support, including a company phone, travel allowances, and a company car for all work-related duties, ensuring you have everything you need to excel in the field.

Tanggung Jawab
- Create engaging photo and video content for property listings, including house tours and feature highlights.
- Manage and update social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Coordinate with the sales team to visit property sites for content capture.
- Write compelling property descriptions and marketing captions for digital platforms.
- Edit photos and videos using mobile or desktop software to ensure a professional look.
- Assist in organizing and executing property viewing events and marketing activations.
- Monitor digital trends in the real estate market to keep content fresh and competitive.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Mass Communications, Marketing, Creative Multimedia, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in social media content creation (Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook).
- Basic photography and video editing skills (CapCut, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite).
- Possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Excellent communication skills in Malay and English.
- Highly creative, independent, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel to various property locations within Kelantan.
