- Manage property portfolios and ensure optimal performance of assigned properties
- Handle client inquiries and provide professional consultation on property matters
- Conduct property viewings and coordinate with potential tenants/buyers
- Prepare and maintain property documentation, contracts, and reports
- Monitor market trends and provide insights to clients and stakeholders
- Coordinate property maintenance and renovation projects
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, tenants, and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with property regulations and industry standards
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in property management or real estate sales
- Strong knowledge of Singapore's property market and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record in client relationship management
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Certification in real estate or property management is an advantage
