PT. Orthocare Indonesia is seeking a dedicated Prosthetics & Orthotic Representative to join our mission in improving mobility and quality of life for patients across Kabupaten Cirebon. As a key member of our sales and medical education team, you'll bridge the gap between innovative assistive technology and healthcare professionals, ensuring optimal patient outcomes through product expertise and relationship building.
This role combines clinical knowledge with commercial acumen, requiring you to demonstrate prosthetic/orthotic devices, provide medical education to healthcare facilities, and establish collaborative partnerships with clinics and rehabilitation centers. You'll become the trusted advisor for medical professionals while driving product adoption and achieving sales targets in a rapidly growing medical devices sector.
Tanggung Jawab
- Present and demonstrate prosthetic/orthotic devices to medical professionals and patients
- Provide comprehensive medical education on product usage and clinical applications
- Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, clinics, and rehabilitation centers
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence in assigned territory
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to inform sales strategies
- Collaborate with clinical teams to develop patient-specific solutions
- Submit regular sales reports and performance metrics to management
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Prosthetics & Orthotics, Biomedical Engineering, or related medical field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in medical device sales or clinical support
- Certification in prosthetic/orthotic technology preferred
- Strong understanding of anatomy, biomechanics, and rehabilitation principles
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with medical professionals
- Ability to work independently and manage territory effectively
- Valid driver's license with willingness for regional travel
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English documentation
