In this role, you will act as a bridge between advanced medical technology and patient needs, ensuring that individuals receive the mobility solutions they deserve.
As a Representative, you will not only be responsible for sales and market growth but also for providing critical medical education to healthcare providers. Your work directly impacts the mobility and independence of patients across the region. We are looking for an empathetic professional who excels at building long-term relationships with clinics, hospitals, and medical practitioners while maintaining a high standard of professional integrity.

Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with hospitals, clinics, and physiotherapy centers.
- Provide comprehensive product education and demonstrations to medical professionals regarding orthotic and prosthetic solutions.
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing faskes (health facilities) to ensure consistent brand loyalty.
- Conduct regular site visits to provide clinical support and address technical inquiries from medical staff.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets for our range of orthotic and prosthetic devices.
- Collaborate with the internal team to track market trends and competitor activity within the Bali region.
- Prepare regular sales reports and feedback analysis to management for strategic decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Physiotherapy, Nursing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Medical Representative or Sales Representative in the medical device industry is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with diverse medical stakeholders.
- Deep passion for medical technology and the ability to learn technical product specifications quickly.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and own a vehicle for professional travel throughout Bali.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is essential for professional documentation and communication.
