Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field
- 2+ years experience in provider relations or healthcare operations
- Knowledge of healthcare credentialing regulations (NCQA, JCAHO)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems and data analytics tools
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Experience with telehealth platforms preferred
