As a Public Affairs Specialist, you'll drive strategic media relations, manage stakeholder engagement, and safeguard the company's reputation in Indonesia's complex regulatory landscape. This high-impact role requires exceptional communication skills and the ability to navigate cross-functional challenges while supporting Sea's mission to revolutionize digital entertainment and e-commerce. You'll collaborate with senior leadership, government entities, and media partners to position Sea as an industry leader while ensuring compliance with evolving regulations.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive public affairs strategies aligned with Sea Group's business objectives
- Build and maintain relationships with government officials, regulators, and key stakeholders
- Proactively manage media relations, press releases, and crisis communications
- Monitor policy developments and provide regulatory insights to leadership
- Coordinate cross-functional communications across Sea Group's business units
- Organize stakeholder engagement events and advocacy campaigns
- Prepare executive briefings and policy position documents
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Political Science, International Relations, or related field
- 5+ years of public affairs, government relations, or corporate communications experience
- Proven track record managing media relations and stakeholder engagement
- Deep understanding of Indonesia's political landscape and regulatory framework
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Experience in crisis management and reputation protection
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret policy implications
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multinational environment
