Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end project permitting processes for industrial initiatives
- Provide professional Mandarin interpretation during commercial negotiations and stakeholder meetings
- Conduct in-depth market share analysis to identify competitive advantages and growth opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships with government agencies and regulatory bodies
- Monitor legislative changes affecting industrial operations and compliance requirements
- Prepare comprehensive public affairs reports for executive leadership
- Coordinate crisis communication strategies for public policy issues
- Support corporate social responsibility initiatives in operational communities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Political Science, International Relations, or Business Administration
- Minimum 3 years of experience in public affairs, government relations, or similar role
- Native or fluent Mandarin language proficiency with professional interpretation experience
- Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to create market analysis reports
- Deep understanding of Indonesian regulatory frameworks and permitting processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Proven stakeholder management experience across government and private sectors
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
