Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the drafting, editing, and distribution of compelling press releases, media advisories, and other communication materials.
- Monitor traditional and digital media coverage, compiling comprehensive reports on brand mentions, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Support the seamless planning and execution of PR events, product launches, media briefings, and corporate social responsibility initiatives.
- Maintain and regularly update media contact databases, ensuring accuracy and relevance for targeted outreach.
- Contribute to social media content creation, scheduling, and community engagement efforts to enhance brand visibility.
- Conduct thorough research on industry news, communication best practices, and potential partnership opportunities to inform PR strategies.
- Provide essential administrative support to the PR team, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and organizing materials.
- Collaborate effectively with internal departments to gather information, ensure consistent messaging, and support integrated marketing campaigns.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a closely related field.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Filipino, with a keen eye for grammar and style.
- Strong organizational abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative, fast-paced team.
- Basic understanding of the media landscape, public relations principles, and current communication trends.
- A proactive attitude, strong initiative, and an eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
