Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist in the drafting, editing, and distribution of compelling press releases, media advisories, and other communication materials.
  • Monitor traditional and digital media coverage, compiling comprehensive reports on brand mentions, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  • Support the seamless planning and execution of PR events, product launches, media briefings, and corporate social responsibility initiatives.
  • Maintain and regularly update media contact databases, ensuring accuracy and relevance for targeted outreach.
  • Contribute to social media content creation, scheduling, and community engagement efforts to enhance brand visibility.
  • Conduct thorough research on industry news, communication best practices, and potential partnership opportunities to inform PR strategies.
  • Provide essential administrative support to the PR team, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and organizing materials.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal departments to gather information, ensure consistent messaging, and support integrated marketing campaigns.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a closely related field.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Filipino, with a keen eye for grammar and style.
  • Strong organizational abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative, fast-paced team.
  • Basic understanding of the media landscape, public relations principles, and current communication trends.
  • A proactive attitude, strong initiative, and an eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
