China Communications Construction Company (M) Sdn Bhd is looking for a dynamic and motivated Public Relations Junior Executive to join our team in Kapar, Selangor. As a leading player in the infrastructure and construction sector, we are seeking a proactive individual to support our daily project operations and external communications.
In this role, you will serve as a vital link between our operations and external stakeholders, including ports, KTMB, and various government authorities. You will assist in managing the approval processes, coordinating stakeholder engagements, and ensuring smooth daily project operations. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals to gain valuable experience in corporate communications within a multinational environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in managing external liaison and coordination with ports, KTMB, and government authorities.
- Support daily project operations to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency.
- Manage the approval process for documentation, permits, and project-related correspondence.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare and distribute project updates, newsletters, and press releases.
- Organize and support company events, meetings, and media engagements.
- Monitor and report on project communication activities and stakeholder feedback.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the construction, infrastructure, or transport sector is an advantage.
- Proactive, organized, and possess a high level of attention to detail.
