Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute daily social media content strategies for TikTok and Instagram
- Coordinate with marketing teams to align partnership initiatives with brand goals
- Monitor analytics to optimize content performance and audience engagement
- Manage influencer collaborations and external partnership negotiations
- Create visually compelling content including graphics, videos, and written copy
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends and platform algorithm changes

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of social media management experience
- Proven track record of growing TikTok/Instagram accounts
- Strong content creation skills (graphic design, video editing, copywriting)
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration abilities
- Experience managing partnership campaigns and influencer relations
- Proficiency in social media analytics tools
