As a Purchasing Staff, you will play a pivotal role in managing our local supply chain. You will be responsible for sourcing premium raw ingredients, kitchen supplies, and hospitality equipment to maintain our high standards of quality and service. Tanggung Jawab
- Source high-quality raw materials, fresh ingredients, and operational supplies for our restaurant locations.
- Negotiate the best pricing, credit terms, and delivery schedules with local vendors and suppliers.
- Monitor and manage stock levels in coordination with kitchen and floor managers to prevent shortages or wastage.
- Generate, track, and close purchase orders (POs) and maintain accurate, up-to-date physical and digital transaction logs.
- Verify delivered items against purchase orders and invoices to ensure quality, quantity, and cost accuracy.
- Conduct routine market price surveys to identify new supply sources and maximize cost efficiency.
- Foster and maintain healthy, long-term relationships with a network of reliable local suppliers.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or sourcing, preferably in the F&B, hospitality, or retail industry in Bali.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent numerical proficiency and a detail-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and standard inventory/procurement software.
- Highly organized, honest, and capable of working effectively under pressure.
- Familiar with local Bali routes and markets, and must have a valid SIM C license with a personal vehicle.
