As a Purchasing (Supply Partnership) at Paragon Pratama Teknologi, you'll be at the heart of our dynamic media supply ecosystem, responsible for sourcing and securing premium OOH (Out-of-Home) inventory that drives impactful advertising campaigns. This critical role requires strategic thinking, market awareness, and exceptional negotiation skills to build and maintain strong supplier relationships while ensuring optimal inventory acquisition.
You will play a pivotal role in expanding our media network by identifying new inventory opportunities, analyzing market trends, and developing innovative supply solutions that align with our clients' objectives. - Sourcing and procuring high-quality OOH (Out-of-Home) media inventory across various channels
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with media suppliers and strategic partners
- Negotiating favorable terms, pricing, and contract conditions for media placements
- Managing the end-to-end supply chain process for media inventory acquisition
- Conducting market research to identify new inventory opportunities and emerging trends
- Analyzing supply market data and making data-driven purchasing decisions
- Collaborating with internal teams to align purchasing strategies with business objectives
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management
- Proven experience in the media or advertising industry, particularly with OOH inventory
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills with a track record of successful partnerships
- Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency in procurement software and inventory management systems
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships
