Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, performance, and security testing
- Identify, document, and track software defects using industry-standard tools like JIRA
- Automate test cases using frameworks like Selenium or Cypress to enhance efficiency and coverage
- Validate data integrity and business process flows across complex fintech applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement quality gates and CI/CD pipelines
- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to development teams
- Continuously improve testing methodologies and documentation practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance with web/mobile applications
- Proficiency in manual testing techniques and test case creation methodologies
- Experience with automated testing tools and programming languages (Python/Java)
- Familiarity with API testing (Postman, RestAssured) and database testing (SQL)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and defect management systems
- Knowledge of fintech domain and payment processing systems is a plus
