Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test plans covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Identify, document, and track software defects using industry-standard tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail)
- Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure timely resolutions
- Implement test automation frameworks using Selenium, Cypress, or similar tools
- Conduct API testing using Postman or similar REST API testing tools
- Participate in requirements analysis to identify test scenarios and edge cases
- Maintain and update test documentation, including test cases and user stories
- Continuously improve QA processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance and testing methodologies
- Proficiency in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and testing tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI)
- Familiarity with bug tracking systems and test management tools
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Experience testing web, mobile, and API applications
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams
