Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain and enforce strict adherence to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) within all laboratory and production processes.
- Oversee daily laboratory operations, including equipment calibration, sample management, and data integrity.
- Conduct thorough micro-trending analysis of quality data to identify potential issues, root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
- Develop, implement, and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for quality control activities.
- Participate in internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards (e.g., ISO).
- Collaborate cross-functionally with production, R&D, and supply chain teams to troubleshoot quality issues and implement preventive measures.
- Prepare detailed quality reports, summaries, and presentations for management review.
- Provide training and guidance to junior QA personnel on quality control procedures and best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Microbiology, Food Science, Biotechnology, or a related scientific field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the food & beverage, pharmaceutical, or water treatment industries.
- Strong knowledge and practical experience with GLP and GMP standards.
- Proficiency in laboratory techniques, instrumentation, and data analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to perform micro-trending analysis and apply statistical process control tools.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality.
