Tanggung Jawab
- Perform thorough visual and dimensional inspections of incoming raw materials, in-process components, and finished plastic products according to specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
- Utilize a variety of precision measuring instruments, including calipers, micrometers, gauges, and optical comparators, to verify product compliance.
- Document inspection results accurately, identify non-conformities, and generate detailed inspection reports.
- Collaborate closely with production teams to address quality issues, implement corrective actions, and prevent recurrence of defects.
- Conduct first-article inspections (FAI) and in-process checks to ensure manufacturing processes meet quality requirements.
- Monitor and enforce adherence to quality control procedures and protocols throughout the production cycle.
- Assist in the investigation of customer complaints related to product quality and contribute to root cause analysis.
- Maintain and calibrate inspection equipment, ensuring all tools are in proper working order and compliance.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or Vocational Degree in Engineering, Plastics Technology, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Quality Control Inspector, specifically within plastic product manufacturing (e.g., injection molding, extrusion, blow molding).
- Strong understanding of plastic materials, manufacturing processes, and common defects.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and quality specifications (e.g., GD&T).
- Demonstrated ability to use various inspection and measurement tools accurately.
- Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and relevant industry standards.
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate findings clearly.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Indonesia and openness to potential relocation as required by project demands.
