Tanggung Jawab
- Perform regular quality control inspections on raw materials and finished beverage products.
- Conduct laboratory testing to verify product quality, taste, and consistency.
- Monitor and enforce strict adherence to food safety standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Document inspection results, deviations, and non-conformities accurately in logs.
- Operate and calibrate laboratory testing equipment and quality control instruments.
- Collaborate with production and operations teams to troubleshoot quality issues in real-time.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the laboratory and inspection areas.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma (D3) in Chemistry, Biology, Food Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in quality control or manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations and HACCP principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with a focus on safety.
- Valid K3 (Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja) certification is preferred.
