- Design and execute comprehensive test plans/cases for web/mobile applications
- Identify, document, and track defects using industry-standard tools
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and usability testing
- Automate test scripts using frameworks like Selenium or Cypress
- Collaborate with developers to resolve quality issues
- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights
- Maintain and improve QA documentation and processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 2+ years of QA/testing experience in IT/software industry
- Proficiency in test automation tools (Selenium, Postman)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with bug tracking systems (JIRA, Bugzilla)
- Basic knowledge of SQL and API testing
