Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for web/mobile applications
- Perform manual and automated testing (functional, regression, performance, security)
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA and defect management tools
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot issues and implement fixes
- Conduct root cause analysis of defects and recommend preventive actions
- Participate in agile ceremonies (sprints, retrospectives) to ensure quality alignment
- Maintain and enhance test automation frameworks using Selenium/Cypress
- Generate detailed test reports and quality metrics for stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance/testing
- Proficiency in manual testing methodologies and tools (Postman, Charles Proxy)
- Experience with test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Appium)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Experience working in agile/scrum environments
- Knowledge of mobile testing (iOS/Android) is a plus
