- Oversee daily operations of designated branch clusters to ensure efficiency and regulatory compliance
- Implement quality control systems to safeguard bank assets and mitigate operational risks
- Conduct comprehensive audits and inspections to identify compliance gaps and process weaknesses
- Develop and enforce standardized operating procedures across assigned branches
- Analyze operational data to identify trends and recommend performance improvements
- Ensure adherence to banking regulations, internal policies, and anti-money laundering protocols
- Train and coach branch staff on operational best practices and compliance requirements
- Collaborate with internal audit and risk management teams to resolve systemic issues
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in banking operations, quality assurance, or risk management
- Strong knowledge of BSP regulations, AML/CFT compliance, and banking operational standards
- Proven analytical skills with experience in process optimization and control implementation
- Proficiency in banking software systems and data analysis tools
- Exceptional leadership abilities with experience managing branch operations teams
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to operational detail
- Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement and process documentation
