Abishar Technologies Indonesia is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Quality Control (QC) / Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to join our dynamic IT team in Jakarta. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in safeguarding the reliability, performance, and overall quality of our software products and technological solutions.
As a QA/QC specialist, you will collaborate closely with software developers, system analysts, and product managers to identify potential system vulnerabilities and ensure that all deliverables align with company standards and client expectations. Tanggung Jawab
- Create, maintain, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for web and mobile applications.
- Identify, document, log, and track software bugs and system defects to resolution using project management tools.
- Perform rigorous manual testing and design scripts for automated testing pipelines where applicable.
- Conduct functional, regression, integration, usability, and performance testing before product deployments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and refine design specifications.
- Analyze product specifications and user stories to identify potential quality risks and propose preventive measures.
- Provide regular, structured quality reports and metrics to key stakeholders and development leads.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as a QA/QC Engineer, Software Tester, or similar quality management role in the IT domain.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and QA methodologies (Agile/Scrum).
- Hands-on experience with test management and bug tracking software such as Jira, Trello, or Redmine.
- Familiarity with API testing tools (e.g., Postman) and automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium) is highly desirable.
- Good command of SQL queries for back-end database validation and data integrity checks.
- Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and written and verbal communication skills.
