PT Mirah Global Investment, the parent company of Mirah Developments, is seeking a meticulous Quality Control Architect to join our elite team in Badung, Bali. As our Quality Control Architect, you will serve as the final line of defense for design integrity and construction excellence. You will work closely with our site managers, contractors, and design consultants to ensure every luxury villa and development meets international building standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct rigorous on-site inspections to ensure compliance with architectural designs, structural specifications, and luxury finish standards.
- Coordinate with sub-contractors and site supervisors to rectify non-conformance issues immediately.
- Maintain comprehensive quality control documentation, including inspection reports, material testing results, and photographic evidence.
- Review construction drawings and technical specifications to identify potential discrepancies before execution.
- Monitor the quality of materials delivered to the site to ensure they meet project requirements and procurement standards.
- Oversee snagging processes during the final stages of luxury property delivery to ensure a flawless client handover.
- Provide technical guidance to construction teams to ensure adherence to safety regulations and local building codes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering from a reputable university.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in quality control or site supervision, preferably within luxury residential or hospitality projects.
- Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, building materials, and structural details.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage professional relationships with contractors and stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Fluency in Indonesian and working proficiency in English is highly desirable.
