Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily on-site operations and supervision for Pipe Jacking projects.
- Enforce strict compliance with safety regulations and site protocols at all times.
- Coordinate closely with engineering teams and subcontractors to align project goals.
- Monitor project progress, quality control, and budget utilization.
- Manage on-site logistics, material coordination, and equipment handling.
- Report project status and potential issues to senior management regularly.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum education level: SMA/SMK (High School Diploma).
- JLPT N3 certification (Japanese Language Proficiency Test) is required.
- Previous experience in civil construction, tunneling, or infrastructure projects.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure.
