In this role, you will work closely with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to ensure that projects remain within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality and sustainability.
Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities for construction projects.
- Manage procurement processes, including sourcing subcontractors and negotiating favorable terms.
- Monitor project progress and track construction costs against the original budget to identify variances.
- Conduct site visits to perform valuations and certify interim payments to contractors.
- Manage contractual documentation and ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Advise on cost-effective material procurement and sustainable construction methods.
- Prepare final accounts and resolve any financial discrepancies during the project lifecycle.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related construction-focused field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a quantity surveying or cost estimation role within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in reading architectural drawings, structural plans, and technical specifications.
- Strong command of cost-estimation software and Microsoft Excel for financial modeling.
- Deep understanding of construction materials, building methods, and local market pricing in Bali.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary project team.
