Tanggung Jawab
- Perform accurate quantity take-off for MEP works, focusing on HVAC systems, plumbing installations, and electrical components
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets based on calculated volumes and current market rates
- Analyze architectural drawings, engineering specifications, and contract documents
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure alignment between cost estimates and project requirements
- Prepare tender documents and assist in contract administration
- Monitor project costs and provide regular budget adherence reports
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and value engineering solutions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as Quantity Surveyor with MEP/H specialization
- Proficiency in quantity take-off software (e.g., WinQS, CostX)
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing codes, and electrical installations
- Experience in construction cost estimation and budget management
- Certification in Quantity Surveying (e.g., RICS) preferred
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
