Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver engaging Quranic recitation and memorization lessons to lower secondary students
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with Islamic curriculum standards
- Assess student progress through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback
- Foster a respectful and inclusive classroom environment promoting Islamic values
- Collaborate with teaching staff to integrate Quranic teachings into holistic education
- Organize and supervise Islamic cultural activities and competitions
- Maintain accurate student records and progress documentation
- Participate in professional development for Islamic education methodologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Islamic Studies, Education, or related field
- Strong command of Quranic recitation (Tajweed) and Islamic jurisprudence
- Minimum 2 years teaching experience in Islamic education preferred
- Certification in Quranic teaching or Islamic education beneficial
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and Arabic
- Patience, empathy, and ability to connect with adolescent learners
- Experience developing culturally responsive Islamic curriculum
- Commitment to continuous professional development in Islamic pedagogy
