Tanggung Jawab
- Perform detailed failure analysis on components and products to identify root causes.
- Operate and maintain high-precision measurement tools and diagnostic equipment within a cleanroom environment.
- Prepare samples and conduct experiments following strict R&D protocols and safety standards.
- Accurately document test procedures, data findings, and analysis reports for the engineering team.
- Assist in the calibration and maintenance of laboratory instrumentation to ensure operational integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide technical insights that influence design and process improvements.
- Monitor and record cleanroom environmental conditions to ensure compliance with quality regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Nitec in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Prior hands-on experience in a laboratory, cleanroom, or semiconductor manufacturing environment is highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in using precision measurement tools such as microscopes, digital calipers, or similar diagnostic equipment.
- Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting technical problems.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Good written and verbal communication skills for effective reporting.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adhere to strict safety and hygiene protocols.
