Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead and conduct comprehensive laboratory and pilot-scale trials for new product development, formulation optimization, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Develop innovative product formulations, ensuring compliance with sensory, nutritional, regulatory, and cost requirements.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Production, Quality Assurance, and Procurement to ensure seamless project execution from concept to commercialization.
  • Support new product launches by participating in production trials, troubleshooting issues, and providing technical guidance to manufacturing teams.
  • Thoroughly document all R&D activities, experimental results, and product specifications, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor products, and emerging raw material technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.
  • Ensure all R&D processes and developed products adhere to internal quality standards and external food safety regulations (e.g., BPOM, GMP, HACCP).
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of R&D methodologies and laboratory practices.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or a closely related scientific field.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of proven experience in Research & Development within the Food & Beverage or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry.
  • Solid understanding of food ingredients, their functionalities, formulation principles, and various food processing technologies.
  • Demonstrated experience in conducting laboratory experiments, pilot plant operations, and scale-up activities.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, solve complex problems, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively with diverse teams.
  • Proactive, innovative, and results-oriented with a keen eye for detail and quality.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is highly advantageous.
