Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct research and development of transformer technologies for improved efficiency and sustainability
- Design, prototype, and test transformer components using CAD and simulation tools
- Analyze technical specifications and performance data to optimize transformer designs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement R&D findings into production
- Stay updated on industry standards, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements
- Prepare detailed technical documentation, reports, and patent applications
- Lead innovation workshops to brainstorm next-generation transformer solutions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in transformer design or R&D for power systems
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and simulation tools
- Strong knowledge of electromagnetic theory, material science, and thermal management
- Experience with transformer testing protocols and quality assurance standards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple concurrent projects
