Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventative maintenance and inspections on air conditioning and refrigeration units to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose, repair, and troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical faults in commercial and residential systems.
- Install, service, and replace key components such as compressors, condensers, evaporator coils, and expansion valves.
- Ensure all work is performed in strict adherence to local safety regulations and company quality standards.
- Conduct system checks to verify efficiency and identify potential energy-saving opportunities.
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain technical issues and provide professional recommendations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as an RAC Technician or HVAC Specialist.
- Valid Certification or License in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning is highly preferred.
- Strong technical knowledge of refrigeration cycles, electrical schematics, and pneumatic controls.
- Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints, schematics, and service manuals.
- Physically capable of performing manual labor, including lifting heavy equipment and working in various weather conditions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong time management abilities.
