Tanggung Jawab
- Perform high-quality diagnostic radiographic examinations including X-rays, CT scans, and other imaging modalities as required.
- Ensure proper positioning of patients and adjust equipment settings to achieve optimal image quality while minimizing radiation exposure.
- Maintain strict adherence to radiation safety protocols and hospital clinical standards.
- Prepare patients for examinations by explaining procedures and addressing any concerns to ensure a comfortable experience.
- Manage and maintain diagnostic imaging equipment, performing routine checks and reporting any technical issues immediately.
- Collaborate with radiologists and medical staff to interpret images and assist in clinical decision-making.
- Accurately document patient data and procedure details in the hospital information system (HIS).
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Radiography (D3/D4 Radiologi).
- Must possess a valid STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi) aktif.
- Minimum 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or diagnostic imaging center preferred (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- In-depth knowledge of radiation safety, anatomy, and radiographic positioning.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong patient-centered approach.
- Ability to work in shifts and adapt to a fast-paced hospital environment.
- Proficiency in digital imaging systems and basic computer software.
