Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-volume sales candidates in the Sumatera Utara region.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from initial screening and assessment to final offer negotiation.
- Coordinate with regional sales managers to understand hiring needs and maintain a steady pipeline of qualified talent.
- Conduct high-volume interviews and facilitate assessment days to evaluate candidate suitability for sales roles.
- Build and maintain relationships with local communities, job portals, and educational institutions for effective sourcing.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics, ensuring targets for quantity and quality of hires are consistently met.
- Drive employer branding initiatives at the local level to position BukuWarung as a top employer of choice.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in high-volume or mass recruitment, preferably within the Sales or FMCG industry.
- Strong understanding of the local talent market in Sumatera Utara.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various digital sourcing platforms.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
- Willingness to travel within the region as required for recruitment activities.
