Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs aligned with business objectives
- Conduct needs analysis to identify skill gaps and design targeted development solutions
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast staffing requirements and succession planning
- Administer psychometric assessments and competency frameworks for talent evaluation
- Monitor and measure training effectiveness through KPIs and feedback mechanisms
- Enhance employee engagement through career pathing and mentorship programs
- Stay updated on industry recruitment trends and best practices in talent development
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in recruitment and/or talent development
- Proficiency in Indonesian language (written and verbal)
- Strong knowledge of recruitment methodologies and training principles
- Experience with HRIS systems and recruitment software
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Ability to analyze data and develop evidence-based solutions
- Certification in HR practices (e.g., SHRM-CP) is advantageous
