As our Recruitment Specialist, you will manage the end-to-end talent acquisition lifecycle. Your primary focus will be on identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent for both medical (doctors, nurses, midwives) and clinic operational roles. You will act as a strategic partner to our clinic managers, ensuring that our staffing levels meet the high standards of service our patients expect. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for medical, paramedical, and clinic operational positions.
- Collaborate with department heads and clinic managers to identify staffing needs and define job requirements.
- Source candidates through multiple channels including job portals, social media, medical networks, and employee referrals.
- Conduct thorough screenings and competency-based interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate the interview scheduling process and maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the journey.
- Oversee the medical credentialing and background verification process for healthcare professionals.
- Facilitate the offer negotiation process and ensure a smooth transition to the onboarding phase.
- Maintain a proactive talent pipeline to support future clinic expansions and organizational growth.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience as a Recruiter, specifically within the healthcare or clinical industry.
- Strong understanding of medical roles, licensing requirements (STR), and healthcare industry standards in Indonesia.
- Proficiency in utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and professional networking platforms like LinkedIn.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with medical professionals effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative HR team.
- Fluency in Indonesian and a professional level of English.
